What this site is
This website describes what we do and how we work. It is general information. It is not advice on your business, and nothing on it creates a contract or an obligation on either side.
The Sales System Health Check gives you a view of your own sales system based on the answers you give. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a diagnosis, and your result depends entirely on how accurately you answer.
Engagements
Any work we do together is governed by a separate engagement letter signed by both sides. Where anything on this site differs from that letter, the letter governs.
What belongs to us
The Perception Selling method, the Sales System Blueprint, the nine elements, the diagnostic and the written material on this site are ours. The book Perception Selling. Win More with Less. is a published work and is protected as one.
You are welcome to read, print and share pages for your own use inside your organisation. You may not republish the material, sell it, build a training product from it, or present it as your own. If you want to use something more widely, ask us.
Perception Selling™ is our trading name. Other names and logos on this site belong to the organisations they identify and appear only to show who we have worked with.

Where we link to another site we do so because it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Availability
We keep the site running and accurate as best we can, but we do not promise it will always be available or always be current. We may change or remove anything on it without notice.
