What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

This website belongs to Perception Selling. It is a small site and it collects very little. This notice tells you exactly what.
Who we are
Perception Selling is a fractional sales leadership and advisory practice working across Singapore, Malaysia and the United Kingdom. We decide what happens to the details you give us through this site, which makes us the data controller for them.

What this site collects
There is one form on this website, the Sales System Health Check. If you complete it and submit your result, we receive the details you typed.

Nothing else on the site asks you for anything. You can read every page without giving us a thing.
What this site does not do
- No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no analytics.
- No advertising network, and no profiling or automated decisions about you.
- No sale of your details to anyone, ever.
- Typefaces are built into the pages, so your browser makes no request to a font service while you read.
Who else touches it
Three services are involved in running the site. Each of them has its own privacy terms.
- Netlify hosts the site and receives Health Check submissions. Like any web host it logs the IP addresses that request pages.
- Calendly runs the booking link. You only reach it if you click to book a call, and anything you enter there is held by Calendly under their terms.
- Our email provider holds the messages we exchange with you.
Links out to LinkedIn and Amazon are ordinary links. We do not embed anything from them, so they learn nothing about you unless you click.
How long we keep it
Health Check submissions are kept for as long as there is a live conversation, and for two years afterwards in case you come back to it. Then they are deleted. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.
What we do with it
We use what you send to reply to you and to discuss your sales system. If we send you anything else, it is because you asked for it, and every message carries a way to stop.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@perceptionselling.com and we will deal with it within thirty days.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to object to how we use your details and the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
