About

Mark Wills

Eleven years leading sales. Twelve advising the people who do. Based in Singapore.

Mark Wills

The record

Mark spent 11 years in sales leadership and 12 years consulting and advising sales leaders. The last leadership role was a 200-person sales organisation he was brought in to turn round. Turnover grew 171% in two years.

The twelve years that followed were spent training, coaching and advising hundreds of sales leaders in organisations across the world, on sales capability, change management and cultural transformation.

What he learned is that training, coaching and advisory alone do not change behaviours. Leaders do.

That is why he is back leading sales.

“He has walked in the shoes of a seller, sales leader, sales strategist and sales advisor.”

Rob WestSenior Sales Performance Consultant, Korn Ferry
